ok, so, it went something like this;
“Ahh, yes. I remember when we first started talking, and you were telling me about how you’d be getting a niece soon, and now she’s almost a year old. I feel like a distant uncle, in a non-strange way, if that’s possible.
As for the computer, you could try running an sfc scan. It will basically attempt to automatically fix and windows files that are malformed, or anything.
Also, it might be caused from over heating, but it’s unlikely, unless you’ve changed anything internally, or are using it in a warm/humid room. You could try running a virus scan, using Malwarebytes/Super Antispyware. Those two are pretty reputable.
I’m only a super nerd in training, but those are the options that I can think of. You could try posting your problem on a forum. They have experts, dedicated to dealing with cases like this, so they’ll be able to help a lot more.
If all fails, as a last resort, you could do a factory reset, by pressing F1 as the computer is booting. Seeing as you already went back to an early restore point, it shouldn’t be that drastic of a change. I hope one of these solutions work for you.”
whilst my internet was down, I took the time to re-watch Watchmen. Words cannot describe the new found love and admiration I have for everything about this movie. Watching it the second time, I really focused, and I understood everything. I saw the disillusion of human nature through The Comedians eyes, as Dr. Manhattan said “I understand. Without condemning or condoning”. I understood why Rorschach felt the need to exact revenge and retribution, without room for repentance or mercy, for the world’s criminal and diabolic state, and why The Comedian chose to fully embody the darkest traits of human nature. I felt the distance Dr. Manhattan had towards the human race, the insignificance of life in the full spectrum of existence. I understood totally the miracle that he saw in Laurie that reformed his thinking. His words were so structurally poetic and perfectly refined. I found him to be incredibly relatable.
There really was so much that I realised watching it the second time. It’s truly an incredible piece of work. Assuming they’re not a rarity, I plan on purchasing all 12 comics and maybe even additional memorabilia. It’s still as great and relevant a social commentary as it was when first published.
- I miss being able to play music outside of the house, on the street, at school, whatever song came to mind.
- I miss blocking out the incessant street sounds.
- I miss being able to take random pictures of moments.
- I miss talking to Jessica on Skype.
- I miss tumbling from bed. That’s where I always have something to express.
- I miss being able to take down notes and quotes from books on Springpad.
I finally sent it off for repairs, today. I fear I may lose some of my stuff. Even though most of my apps and content were on my memory card (which I took out), and Google automatically syncs the phone’s data, I’m pretty sure I’ll lose something or other. They did say they’ll install “the latest software”. Maybe I’ll be lucky and get Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). I guess it’s good for me to do without it for a while. Separation brings fresh love and appreciation.

found in the latest leak include the generous battery capacity of 1,500mAh, the 854 x 480 resolution on a 4-inch LCD, a 5 megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash sans 720p video recording (although it’s probably just that the leaksters didn’t look in all the submenu in the camera app), 512MB RAM, 512MB ROM, a microSD slot, SIM slot, micro-USB
Part of me hopes that this doesn’t end up being another NGage. Then I remember that unlike Nokia, Sony has had years of experience in both the gaming and mobile phone industry. Combined with the awesomeness of Android, I feel like this could be the beginning of something big. CPU Speed would be nice to know though.
Also, Sony has it reallllllll bad with having their stuff leaked.
I like this idea. My only problem would be, what happens when you’re internet starts messing up? Still, I’d like to have this as a dual boot option.
I’m checking this OS, and it seems pretty good. It’s simple and easy. It’s designed for netbooks, but it still works on Desktops and Laptops. It’s main purpose is for social networks and apps. And, it’s free. I wanna download it so I can dual boot. I could use a break from Vista, and Windows in general.
The Stampede - $50
If only it was semi-automatic.
If you take of the shield and the tripod, you could run around all Halo like.
Android > iPhone
This could be pretty useful.. I don’t know when, but it could be..
removing an old DVD drive and swapping it for the CD ROM drive (yeah, I know) in my Mac. You will have no idea how long i’ve been going at it. Looking for screwdrivers, looking at tutorials, youtube videos. It’s simple, but complicated. And this heat didn’t help. Thank you Lord, it’s over.
My knees are grazed, my room is full of dust, but it doesn’t matter. I graduated from Nerd Academy today.
*holds head high*
I think I may have a trojan.
